Meet our Founder
Naomi Brezi
Naomi is the founder of Rise Navigate Grow Coaching & Consulting.
As an Executive Leadership Coach and former C-suite Executive with more than 15 years of experience leading commercial transformation, scaling organizations, and advising senior leaders through periods of growth and change, she brings a rare combination of C-suite operating leadership, board-level engagement, and an ICF/LCOP-aligned coaching practice.
Naomi has led large-scale go-to-market transformations across industries, including Tech, AI, Energy, Banking, Higher Education, CPG, and Workforce Development.
Her coaching is grounded in real-world leadership experience, including building and restructuring executive teams, partnering with boards, and private equity sponsors.
Naomi works with C-suite executives, senior functional leaders, and high-potential emerging leaders, particularly those at inflection points such as new roles, organizational transformation, or increased board visibility. Known for her direct yet empathetic style, she is a trusted thought partner.
